If I was an &quot;AI&quot; and looked at features that historically had the best predictive power without regard for causality, I&#x27;d definitely say this doesn&#x27;t augur well for the future of AI. Will IBM pass all of these tasks to Watson?<p>This is typical IBM fluff, no part of the company knows what any part is doing and sales just says random stuff.

At every company I have been with, they have been freely available for download from the HR portal. I thought this was a DB lookup from a login and a PDF generator.
