Hey guys, I noticed that there's a post on HN regarding Pixel's upcoming dashcam function. I find it odd that while we can post things about big tech's new products, we can't post our own work.<p>So here is mine, I too made my own dashcam app called DashMap. But unlike Google's implementation, DashMap integrates dashcam with turn-by-turn navigation so that you don't have to switch between apps, it automatically starts recording as soon as you start navigation, or if you're just on a short trip, you can just choose to record without navigation.<p>You can use the promo code HACKERNEWS within the app to use the app for free for a month.<p>The app may look barebone, but we have a lot of excited new features coming up.
