S230 passed during a time where it was infeasable to have all user generated content curated. Now with AI tools and more compute available, it <i>is</i> possible and so companies that are large enough should not be given a free pass here.<p>I don&#x27;t think these companies can moderate content when it suits their interests (politics) but then try to shirk responsibility when it comes to illegal content like CSAM.
