twitter noob here but are you allowed to just make a bot account on it like he did with <a href="https://twitter.com/eloonsAlt" rel="nofollow">https://twitter.com/eloonsAlt</a><p>I thought you would have had to give them your unique email from a provider like google that requires unique phone number and maybe also give twitter your phone number to make your twitter account.<p>Also besides the idea of having two accounts, which I didn't know you could do, I thought they were working hard to figure out which accounts were from bots, so they could ban them. They are OK with accounts that are just admittedly bot accounts?
