Love the idea of setting one minimum 'must complete' task for the day. Once I've ticked it off the list, the feeling of accomplishment and success makes getting through the rest of the list much easier.<p>It's the one productivity tip I recommend if you feel overwhelmed by lists.
Agreed.<p>My step 1 is to remove/delete/trash lists, then - step 2 - define 2/3 top priorities of the day, and - step 3 - just f* do it :)
