Micro Front End Architecture for Mobile Web Apps – Ionic Portals

Is it possible that a micro front end (MFE) is more relevant to Angular than it is to React? I realize I'm only a sample size of one but I've only heard of MFEs being used at Angular shops, not React.

Thoughts on Micro-Frontends?
