I’m sure there’s something simpler if really all you need is KPI tracking, but if you happen to also do goal-planning (OKRs or similar) and want to integrate KPIs with <i>those</i>, I’m building a solution to this as part of the YC winter 23 batch.<p>Our thinking is that KPIs are useful but really what you want over time is to understand which KPIs you can put effort against and get actual movement I.e. “x number of person hours can yield y% change in this KPI.”<p>Hit me up via the email in my bio if it seems relevant!
