Former CBO at Google's Moonshot says need to regulate A.I. ‘beyond an emergency’

I don't know about you guys, but I'm going to snag as many decent GPU's as I can before the Turing Police start shutting down people's cloud accounts if they use too much GPU time, and limiting GPU purchases to "1 per customer per year" or something.

Otherwise, proliferating open source LLM's development would make Google irrelevant :) :)
