Those iPad Screens Are Getting Us to Tip More–Way More

I think this will make people less likely to tip. I hate the imposition of it in Australia, so fingers crossed this will only result in becoming something that people are embarrassed of due to lacking willpower. After all, you've already paid for something, why should you give them extra money for free? You're not even giving it to the anyone in particular - you're just giving extra to the business because they asked.

In the UK I have regularly seen waiting staff bypass the tip screen on card terminals before I pay. Maybe I just look hard up.

I feel like this will only make society more suspicious and uncooperative.
