CodeWarrior with PowerPlant was the direction I headed. I recall writing XPress XTensions that used PowerPlant for the UI.<p>It displaced MacApp and even the fantastic MPW Shell.<p>Around that time I was also doing NeXT apps with Obj-C++. Something that became very, very handy only a few years later.
