Hello HN! Looking for input for cross platform organization tools and implementations for different platforms. Trying to organize and optimize my work spaces for better focus and project prioritization, knowledgebase, reading list storage etc. What are your favorites, why do you find them useful, what are some drawbacks? Open to any input for both mobile and desktop platforms, currently working within Android, MacOS, and Windows. Thanks in advance for any feedback.

pc: windows<p>- Quick link/media share: throwaway telegram channel. I tried taildrop which is super nice too, works from the terminal but telegram has its own bookeeping and i don't have to handle the link/media immediately<p>- Data/notes sync: syncthing<p>- kvm: tried using usb over ip and leap-input, doesn't work mostly because wayland<p>For knowledgebase, i stationed myself on my laptop, so anything that needs to be added goes to my throwaway telegram and then when i am back at my laptop, i put it the way i want.<p>this is mostly wack but works for me
