I used to love going to conferences at the Union Square Hilton which is in trouble. Particularly I liked how it was possible to check in to the hotel and not have to go outside and confront the homeless masses although I’d usually go across the street to get a bottle of unfiltered sake and hike it to Japan Town for Okonomiyaki and anime plushies.
We need proper Economists at the top to fix this recession. Unfortunately, the way our politics is styled and flows today, it's not the John Maynard Keynes kind who make it to the top, it's the Mccarthy and Trump kind.
