A time before minifigs was glorious. I worked on a scope of figures made with 8 and 4 dots. Several poses possible with a low poly rectangular figure. The lego train of those days had a small clear acrylic motor control unit which responded to whistles one go two stop long reverse.<p>Billund has an admirable toy museum including early lego.
