Having written over 3,000 patent claims, I can tell you this. A way to avoid getting tangled up in this is to avoid using a 'synoptic display' and its equivalents. All claims are limited using this language. Happy innovating! and good luck!

&quot; There are no social networking sites directed towards investors interested in communicating with other investors, tracking their investments, researching investments, and buying or selling financial instruments. Investors must rely upon information in making informed decisions whether to buy, sell, or hold their financial instruments and require information regarding the price of stocks, which stocks or commodities are “hot,”&quot;<p>There is and have been for 20 years or more. In my country just this. And even coinmarketcap is similiar with the chat&#x2F;comments on the right side. wtf..

There&#x27;s no way in hell you should be able to patent a website. How is this possible?

Hope it gets named Cesspool.

Some really basic searching seems to reveal that the company that holds the patent seems to be a small-time patent troll. Which is unsurprising given the patent.
