Good. Although well intentioned, this is racism and racism has no place in higher education.

In the interests of fixing equality I assume this will also result in the banning of legacy admissions, equal funding for public schools regardless of where those schools are, and providing equal access to SAT, GRE, etc training services regardless of location or parent income, right?
