I know that everything on the internet isn't 'really' public, but I feel like this isn't productive, the data's already been scraped.<p>The cat's out of the bag, other companies are doing exactly the same including openai (and have been for a bit more than a decade). Now that a specific company is popular they get flak? Seems like it's waaaaay too late.<p>Also what about open source models built on a this same data? I can't make games with other people's assets even if I release it for free, so are they next?
