It sounds like the core issue behind the delay is that they’ve killed two dogs, and sometimes block emergency vehicles and public transit.<p>Of course, I’m sure that human-driven rideshare vehicles do similar things, and that seems to be Waymo’s PR angle here. I wonder how their safety record per mile driven compares to human drivers overall?
