Yes :)<p>I work on the Obsidian team and we use Sync internally to manage the development of Obsidian. In other words we dogfood it. There are definitely improvements to be made, especially in giving visibility to other members of the team about the latest changes vault-wide.<p>I agree with nivertech that you might find a Git-based workflow more robust though because you would have full version control, but it does require a bit more technical know-how.
I don't think it's a good idea.<p>I use Obsidian Sync top sync between laptop to my iOS devices, and I still have sometimes conflicts.<p>If your team is technical then it's better to use git-backed vaults, and everyone on the team would commit/pull/push changes using standard git mechanism.<p>For realtime collaboration with non-technical team members I would use something else, e.g. Notion.<p>Maybe there is some Obsidian vommunity plugin which adds limited realtime collaboration features? I would ask on the official forum.
