Calling cocaine a &#x27;hallucinatory drug&#x27;? Using concentrated fish powder to &#x27;simulate&#x27; cocaine? This all being done to produce some segment for Shark Week?<p>How come whenever drugs are a topic, journalistic standards drop through the floor?
