Hey, Harrison here (author of the RailsNotes blog and newsletter).
I just wanted to share the newsletter I've been writing for a little bit now, since I think there is a solid group of Rubyists / Rails lovers here on HN. Currently the newsletter is sitting at a solid 168 subscribers, so I like to keep it small and fun.
You can read the latest issue here — https://railsnotes.beehiiv.com/p/issue-3-db-seeding-faker-ge... — and there will be a new edition is less that 24 hours!
If you visit the /r/rails subreddit, you've probably seen me around a bit! I started blogging at RailsNotes a few months ago now, and the RailsNotes newsletter is building on from there.
I actually got laid off from my job this week, so I've had a lot more time than usual to work on RailsNotes! I think it would be incredible to one day be able to work on RailsNotes full time... that might take a while though. For now, I just wanted to get the word out about the newsletter + get some feedback!
Let me know what you think.
Harrison
