Cell towers will broadcast the test for approximately 30 minutes with the message: “THIS IS A TEST of the National Wireless Emergency Alert System. No action is needed”, and will simultaneously broadcast on radio and video providers.<p>Will be interesting to social media feeds on that day, to see where any breakdown occurs.
