Looking for a PaaS/FaaS where I can pay per app (or a global Pro tier with N apps) a reasonable amount of money (<10$) so that I can run silly stuff (random websites, chat bots, scheduled tasks) without caring about surcharges.

Render, railway.app, netlify and vercel are good alternatives for what you are looking for.
