The article mentioned surround sound in passing, but it didn&#x27;t mention:<p>Maybe you have giant, good quality stereo speakers, but your streaming service defaults to 5.1 sound and blasts all the dialogue into your non-existent centre speaker.<p>Set your sound options to play in stereo, folks.

Why aren&#x27;t the actors blamed? I was watching 1923 and the actors Julia Schlaepfer and Harrison Ford barely open their mouths. The actors are simply mumbling more.
