What are some well funded started that are doing boring and not a lot of people have heard about them

It's my understanding that VCs don't fund 'boring'. By definition, they are looking for high risk-high return ideas, which are never boring.<p>I'd love to be proven wrong, if someone knows about boring VC-funded startups.
