Not sure there there are any job boards specifically for entry level folks.
* 5,123,000+ Jobs in United States (215,542 new) || https://www.linkedin.com/jobs/search
* Job Search | Indeed || https://www.indeed.com/
* We Work Remotely: Remote jobs in design, programming, marketing and more || https://weworkremotely.com/
* jobs | Hacker News || https://news.ycombinator.com/jobs
(Look for the monthly "Who's Hiring" posts too.)
* Discover Startup Jobs | Wellfound (formerly AngelList Talent) || https://wellfound.com/candidates/overview
Another some more suggestions...
Always make sure you're applying for a job on the company website. You may see posts from recruiters a bunch of places, but coming in with a recruiter attached makes you less desirable since the company has to pay the recruiter to bring you on. If you see a post, go to the company website and apply there.
Don't apply on Fridays, or at weird times. It won't always matter, but you don't want to make make people scroll. Just apply in the mornings, say 9 to noon. It'll in crease the odds someone will get the message and respond in real time.
Make sure your resume has a few lines from each job post in it. A lot of the matching is done by AI / Algorithm now. Easiest way to beat that is just to copy a line from the post and drop it into your resume -- assuming it's not a lie.
Always apply through a human if you can. Even if you have to do a bit of LinkedIn stalking. (Always have a LinkedIn profile, with a friendly picture.) "Hey I am a recent grad of XYZ program, I see you were an alumni in that program. What's it like to work at ABC? I'm just starting out in my career, any chance you'd be able to give me some pointers or pass my resume to HR?" Stuff like this goes a long way. Job fairs, conventions, Meetups, really any excuse you have to meet people at the companies you want to work at -- take those opportunities.
