we're growing towards 50 people, and as a CEO it becomes increasingly difficult to keep my overall knowledge about:
* market development and perspective
* investor's expectations
* key goals (key deals, north star metric)
* urgent customer requests
* current status of our tech (bugs, refactorings, other blockers)<p>consolidated, put on an adjustable roadmap, and communicated.<p>On top of that, I have 7 direct reports atm., which is quite high.<p>A lot of my planning and market understanding is put into frameworks. I use Miro for that. I feel it's still too early for OKRs.<p>How do you plan?
How do you communicate which regular meetings do you have to keep your team involved and provide transparency?<p>Which tools, frameworks and software do you use for all that?<p>Just looking for some inspiration here. Thanks!
