Realistic answer to all of those would probably be: "... then this user won't be able to load ads, so I don't care about them anyway"
I find this point of view somewhat tiring and kinda showing a certain amount of detatchment from the general population of internet users.<p>Avoiding JavaScript in all but the most simplest of use cases is going to leave you with a lackluster user experience.
I keep JS disabled by default and only enable it in certain situations.
If your site doesn't work without JS and I try to view it I am probably just going to leave.
