I’ve thought about trying to stop drinking coffee for a while as I’m curious how it would affect me. But my earlier experience is almost opposite if this persons… I never drank much coffee or caffeine at all until I was 25-30. Yet I’ve always had a difficult time waking up in the morning. Coffee doesn’t seem to have changed that, or anything else. In fact, I’m not sure drinking coffee has much impact on me at all. Can drink coffee late in the evening and still sleep well (though I still avoid caffeine after 2pm almost every day just in case). But would be interesting to find out.
