I&#x27;d suggest changing the headline to the original, more sensationalized one.<p>It certainly went against my initial impression that an Amazonian brought Amazon culture to a startup, and got booted for it. In this regard, I&#x27;d imagine Meta&#x27;s concurrent efforts to slash management provided a convincing pretext.
