If you have fired an employee or freelancer then tell us the reasons<p>The format of the answer: Company,Country,Position,Reason for being fired.

You might get a whole bunch of vague or outright BS answers for &quot;reasons for being fired&quot;, especially from small or medium sized companies.<p>The internet is a great sleuth, and if someone who was recently or at one point fired was just so inclined, they could probably deduce a lot of information that a company might not want public as it could potentially introduce a whole lot of legal liability.<p>So if Tech Company XYZ with 50 employees based in LA or SF says &quot;we fired an L5 backend engineer for reasons A, B, and C&quot;, that employee might find this thread and be like - &quot;hey, you can&#x27;t talk publicly about that in detail, you said as much in our severance agreement&quot;

What? No.<p>Even ignoring the legal liability aspects of posting such content... it is bad enough when you have to fire someone, to then proceed to post the reasons for it online seems a bit rude, if not downright sociopathic.
