IT student has to pay fine of 1500€ for calling Germany "dirty state" on Twitter

If it is like the article says, it really <i>is</i> a shit state... of affairs, that is. I wouldn&#x27;t want to be fined 1500€ by fine Germany!

But why can&#x27;t he express his opinion? Is it illegal to think a state is dirty?

Being &quot;dirty&quot; is so subjective to the person who claim somewhere&#x2F;something is dirty. Public spaces in Germany probably much more cleaner than student households this is for sure.
