Show HN: TurboAnimator – Google Slides animations with one shortcut

1 pointsby frizensamiover 1 year ago
Hey HN!
I built TurboAnimator as a browser extension to fix my biggest issue with Google Slides: a painfully slow workflow to even add basic animations. I've probably spent hours just dragging that one animation speed slider because Slides doesn't allow you to change the default value.
With TurboAnimator it's just simple shortcuts (e.g., Alt-A), to add a preset animation of your choice to the slide element(s) that you choose. You can also define and use up to 5 more custom animation combinations, choose their triggers, delays, change keybindings, etc.
It's free and available for both Chrome and Firefox (links available at turboanimator.com).
Any feedback at all would be helpful - to try a guided walkthrough and make testing easier, please feel free to clone this deck: https://bit.ly/turboanimator-test-presentation
Thank you!
