Besides the fact that you can typically get the big 5 to correlate with anything, it seems like the researchers built a rather biased estimator since their data was only taken from Twitter and crunchbase. Simply stated, there is a world that exists beyond technology.<p>Also, since the big 5 traits are supposed to be more or less stationary&#x2F;immutable, then this study would imply that you simply do or do not have the ability to start a successful company no matter how motivated you are to do so.<p>One day soon, data mining psychologists may even be able to show that free will does not exist.
