Why Do Interviewers Ask Linked List Questions?

Reaction: (1) If a candidate&#x27;s knowledge of basics is so weak that he can&#x27;t handle linked list questions, then we don&#x27;t want him; and (2) <i>How</i> he answers such questions is at least as important as him getting it right.
