Hi there,<p>I just moved to SF 2 months ago and I am working on an iOS app as a side project - I am a marketing person (that's my day job) and so far I have tried to outsource it a few times with no success.
I think that part of the problem is me not being able assess the necessary skills that are required for such a project and ending up with unqualified developers.<p>Is there anyone in the Bay Area (I will drive to Palo Alto etc. if needed) with serious developing knowladge that can sit down with me, validate the idea, and help me put together the necessary requirements I should be looking for in a developer?
