$639 is for a Core i7-1165G7 with a defective display and doesn’t include RAM, SSD, or wireless card.

They don't ship to most countries from the European Union. What makes it so difficult to ship to all countries from the EU? They don't even ship from the EU. They ship from China, Taiwan or some other country from Asia.
They now have notices for using forwarding services on their site. Why would anyone bother to spend so much time and money to be able to give them money? It doesn't make sense.
I'm sure they're reasonable, talented and intelligent people. I'm not going to take their company seriously until they start shipping to the entire EU and to more countries.

What's the best option to buy a framework laptop outside of US. I tried shipping them to a parcel forwarder but they didn't also accept non-US debit cards.

There should be a a "used Framework Laptop & Parts marketplace" -- somewhere on the Internet...
Oh sure, there's EBAY and Amazon and Craigslist and other online "for sale"/auction sites/marketplaces -- but it would be nice to have one specifically for Framework laptops...
It would be nice to have one that understands Framework laptops (and subcomponents) -- in the same way Newegg understands computer parts better than any of the above online marketplaces...
But... if someone is going to do that, then why stop there?
Why not create a site for all things Open Source Hardware?
Like a site that just "gets" Open Source Hardware -- and it shows in their interface/query engine -- sort of like the way that Octopart "gets" (understands) electronic parts and components...
Anyway, just a free random idea for the HN/YC Community and the Internet -- anyone that's listening...
