Build your own AI assistant from your library books

There is a recent push for GPT-derived "apps" (rumor has it that this is the basis for the OpenAI / Sam Altman circus).
This video shows how these can be created from sources like PDFs to be customized with particular areas of expertise.
https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=QjtboPHrsJI&ab_channel=TWiTTechPodcastNetwork
This would clearly be useful to developing classroom use or developing expertise in a particular companies "mission" or gathering research papers in a particular area or ... you get the idea. Fill it with your favorite textbooks and poof ... an assistant.
The ease with which these can be developed offers vast possibilities.

GPT-bots are doing wonders for my research. I've been trying ResearchGPT for the past few days and it's much more efficient than I had thought. The conversations are pretty illuminating and i get redirected to the papers directly to verify the sources. Let me know if there are similar GPT bots available.
ResearcgGPT: https://chat.openai.com/g/g-NgAcklHd8-researchgpt-official

I have performed a few tests where I uploaded a few small pdfs, and chatGPT couldn't analyse the data. Perhaps it depends on the pdf.

Sure, that's the point of GPTs. It's pretty self-explanatory so not sure what you are asking?
