Ask HN: What are the "conventional commits" email equivalents?

1 pointsby Dioxide2119over 1 year ago
Ok this question is for all of those old time mailing list users, you know, those of you who do replies on the bottom instead of the top and have [Question] or [Action Required] tags in your subject line.
I've used and liked communication standards/streamlining effort sites like [1] for PR comments, [2] for commits, [3] for Slack messages, etc.
What are the rules for doing streamlined email conversations? I'm sure LKML and pre-eternal-september types have RFCs or websites that help standardize your email practices to be more predictable and convenient, what are those sites? Curious minds want to learn.
[1] https://conventionalcomments.org/
[2] https://www.conventionalcommits.org/en/v1.0.0/#summary
[3] https://nohello.net/en/
