Ask HN: Highlighting LLMs as Productivity Tools on Resumes

2 pointsby tlivolsiover 1 year ago
I'm facing a dilemma: my productivity has significantly improved since I began incorporating LLMs into my workflow. However, I'm uncertain about how to mention this on my resume. Some very noteworthy tasks I completed were made possible only with the assistance of LLMs, and I want to mention these accomplishments on my resume. However, I don't want to omit the fact that they were completed with the assistance of LLMs, but I'm concerned that this will only make me look incompetent. What's your take on this issue?

It&#x27;s just a tool like any other. Do you put your IDE, Copilot, Stack Overflow, etc. on your resume?<p>You and everyone else has experimented with LLMs. It&#x27;s not remarkable enough to put on your resume, IMO.
