I remember seeing a slide at a conference with a matrix of UX challenges, something along the lines of "confused/impaired/disabled" on one axis, and "visual/audio/..." on another axis. Unfortunately, I lost the reference, so can't locate it any more.<p>Does anyone know where that matrix comes from? Anyone have a link to the original source?
Was it the Person Spectrum from Microsoft's Inclusive Design Toolkit?
