OpenView Venture Partners stops investing, in surprise move

Big question here: is this something specific to OpenView, or are we about to see a bunch of 'zombie fund' failures rip through the ecosystem?

This is terrible new for the ecosystem of dev tool companies. OpenView is one of the few funds that actually puts out helpful content.
