This may sound wrong, but shouldn't Parents monitor their kids Phone usage in the first place?<p>They want privacy and they also don't want encryption?<p>I will report if I am aware of the problem, but what would a child know, they wouldn't even know if they are abused, they are innocent.
Parents should be responsible for their child's Phone usage. They allow their child to use social media which is full of predators, yet they don't monitor their social media account? Should parents be mindful of a their innocent child's privacy instead of security?
