I can’t access the article because it’s behind a paywall, but what does it mean to be a night person? It seems that society always favors morning people as more productive, active, healthy, and happy than night people, I disagree. I personally feel more creative at night, I do my best work at night, and I have my ah-ha moments at night too. There are also studies that suggest night people are more intelligent (1)(2). Besides, being a night person doesn’t mean you can’t have a healthy lifestyle, especially when most gyms are indoor anyway and also you happen to live in a cold climate.
(1) https://personal.lse.ac.uk/kanazawa/pdfs/paid2009.pdf
(2) http://primate.uchicago.edu/2014INT.pdf
