You can’t, nowadays work environments are mostly adults daycare centers with free “snacks” and people incapable of doing anything without being told what to do, and expect you to follow weird and useless humiliation rituals called team building activities and collaboration that goes with different names like scrum, etc., and even if the senior management are achievement oriented, they would still be pressured to have you going through these rituals because it would be “unfair” that others do it and you are not, if you happen to be technically competent, do contract/consultation work, and only the outcome is required from you.
