This is an awesome collection, thank you! For lots of the conferences there are different "tracks", and each one has "the best paper award". For example, at NeurIPS 2023, there was a "main track", and also a "dataset and benchmarks track". It could also be interesting to include runner-ups since the voting margins are paper-thin. I wish there was an editorial approach for explaining such papers to the general public or the technical public (the ones with non-topic specific knowledge). Lots of knowledge is kept in expert silos.
