Hello HN community<p>I’m running a tech startup in Africa, Cameroon, which builds a product on top of the WhatsApp Cloud API. For advanced feature usage Facebook requires me to verify my business via the business verification procedure. I’m strictly following every of their instructions but my submissions get only rejected. That’s a huge blocker for advancing my product development.<p>After having retried for nearly 4 weeks, I’d now like to reach out to a personal support from Facebook to better understand why all provided business proof gets continuously rejected.<p>I did find product market fit and now using advanced Whatsapp functions would really help me scaling my business.<p>The Facebook Business Support page [0] promoted on the Business Help page [1] provides no ways of creating a ticket<p>[0] https://www.facebook.com/business-support-home/<p>[1] https://www.facebook.com/business/help
