Samsung plans to eliminate humans from its chip fabs by 2030

When I was working at the A2&#x2F;S2 lines in 2013, they had automation rates upwards of 90%. I can totally see how they&#x27;d go about this.<p>The benefit to yield will be substantial if they can pull this off.
