(2015)<p>The Indian government is apparently promoting cow dung based paint as a natural alternative to synthetic paint used for homes. When I first heard about it, I tried to understand what the research says on the anti-microbial efficacy of cow dung. From there, doing a similar search for studies on the anti-microbial properties of cow urine led me to this paper.
