Hey everyone! Lately I’ve been turned off by the housing market in California, so I’ve been thinking about North Korea as a more emerging market.
I really love Zillow’s UI and functionality, and have grown familiar with it during my weeks of house hunting.
Can someone suggest an equivalent for the North Korean market?
If the gentrification of California's housing market turns you off, you probably shouldn't reciprocate by gentrifying the ownership of North Korean property from abroad. Chances are if their economy stabilizes it won't be under a government that even respects your claims to property in the first place.
From a logical and moral point-of-view, I think there are better investments to research.
I've been fascinated by North Korea for several years, but could not ever imagine this could work there if not conpletely run by their own regime (and probably closed off to the rest of the world).
