Ask HN: How did Codeberg recover from DDoS attack?

Hi HN,<p>Yesterday afternoon (EST) codeberg.org was hit by a DDoS attack and by this morning it seems to have ended.<p>Does anyone know how? Did the attack end or did they recover from it somehow? Any good sources on this?
